Leah Jenkins, LPC, is a telehealth provider at Cedars Counseling, specializing in anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment to stressful life events.
My goal is to help people navigate life come to a better understanding of themselves and provide support to meet their goals in therapy. I aim to provide an emotionally safe space for people to feel heard and understood. I work with teenagers, emerging adults, adults, and parents focusing on a holistic, CBT, and person-centered therapy approach with clients. I have passion and experience working with the LGBT+ community and I strive to validate and respect core aspects of gender and sexual identity.
