Jessica Hargrove
Practitioner, Cedars Counseling
Jessica Hargrove, licensed practitioner, offers a safe, therapeutic setting at Cedars Counseling, for children, adolescents, teens, and young adults who may be struggling to manage their emotions or adjust to life challenges.
I believe that the relationship with my clients is an essential part of the counseling process and implement kindness, sincerity, and empathy to help meet their needs. I utilize play therapy with younger children, and a variety of evidence-based approaches with adolescents, teens, and older.
Maybe you have tried various ways to help the child/teen in your life, but you feel like the issue has not been resolved. I invite you to reach out to me and see if I would be a good fit for your child. I want to empower children along with their parents. And who couldn’t use a little empowerment?
Seeing your child hurt, perform below their ability, and engage in self-destructive behaviors can overwhelm us and it is HARD to know when to seek help from others. I firmly believe that you know your child best. If something doesn’t feel right, trust that instinct.
